Captain America: Civil War was the follow up film after Avengers 2: Age of Ultron. Though that film included 2 new heroes we had not seen before, it did not include all the characters from the Marvel Cinematic universe. Though this movie does not either, it does in total have more of them. This inclusion of more parts to play with elevates the film, even if some are only around for a short time. Being able to see so many pieces at work and in one film is a treat, but one that was masterfully crafted. To be able to have a cohesive story behind it all was a must, and it delivered.
Most of all the heroes from the Marvel films return, but we are treated to some new faces in this film that will contribute to the overall movie universe in movies to come. These new faces include fan favorite Black Panther and Spider-Man. These additions to the movie inject some new found spirit into the film, the spirit that was not quite present with the addition of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in Avengers 2.
This movie is packed to the brim with action scenes that keep you on the edge of your seat and you wont be able to look away. It also delivers some major emotion towards the end of the film, a seriousness not present in any of the other Marvel Disney films. All in all it is a must see for any MCU fan and anyone following the movies thus far.
